These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Vendor Mart services as Vendors and Consumers. By accessing or using Vendor mart, you agree to be bound by these T&C
1. Vendor Mart its affiliates, and subsidiaries User refers to you, the individual or organization using Vendor mart.
2. Services refers to the platform, website, and related services provided by Vendor Mart.
3. User Account and Registration 3.1 You must Subscribe to use Vendor Mart.
3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration including a Subscription fee of just 2,000 Naira only
3. You agree to use Vendor Mart for its intended purpose and in compliance with these T&C.
4. You must not use Vendor Mart to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.
5.1 Vendor Mart retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
6. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any Vendor Mart intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for using Vendor Mart.
8. Payment terms and conditions will be specified on the Vendor Mart website or through other communication channels.
9. Vendor Mart provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
10. Vendor Mart may terminate or suspend your account and access to its services at any time, if you violate any terms or receive a strong complaint from a Client.
11. Upon termination, you agree to cease using Vendor Mart and remove all references to Vendor Mart from your systems and materials Until you have been cleared.
12. Vendor Mart reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time.
12.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Vendor Mart website.
